It is interesting to see Tom's photos of the compost. He does nothing to the grossness of the wet, the soggy and the decaying. The slime is left from the last batch and the next layer is added on top. I wipe the counter clean each time between photos and dry the counter too. I have been accused of over aestheticizing.
